Spliff Champignon, rather unattractive son of Reefer, headed off to Academie le Tour.
Almost immediately he met, and fell in love with, Georgia Newson, “twin” of Garrett. So quick was the relationship developing that Spliff proposed to her on the same day.

Hmm – from Spliff’s expression, it doesn’t look too hopeful.

Shock from Georgia…

and rejection.
Eventually, Georgia herself proposed

which Spliff, of course, accepted.
I was in the Tan household (Romania and family) when I suddenly spotted all these “visitors” in the front room…

They were gardeners! Why on earth were there four of them and why were they all making themselves at home instead of gardening??? Bizarre!
Brett, you may remember, is the twin brother of Briony, who are siblings of Caitlyn (now deceased) and Brianna.
Brett, unfortunately, has the Langerak features – big nose and lips.
He lived in an apartment by himself after dropping out of uni. Briony is working towards becoming an evil witch.
While at the apartment, Brett met Antoinette. Antoinette has two adopted children – Grant, and Edwin Sharpe’s daughter, Edwina. Edwin and his wife (granddaughter of Daniel Collie) were killed off by the Sim god some time ago.
Their relationship bloomed and Brett proposed.

Antoinette lived in the house previously occupied by Ben Collie and family (see old blog). Brett moved in with her.
They had a small wedding (forgot the guest cheat again) with Antoinette inviting her brother, Antoine, and Yves Champignon.

Yves looked on with Grant and the nanny.

but Antoine was busy inside the house…

Antoinette is now pregnant with her very own child.
Well, not a lot for the actual vampires in the DeMarr family. Their kids are breeding but no DeMarr grandson for Damien yet. Serena seems rather bored with life – she cries a lot. Actually the silly cow wants a daytime job and she can’t have one as a vampire unless she wants to melt away in the sun. Her time will come. Their oldest child, Lithia, is now an elder.
Luka and wife, Ginger Newson, had a baby girl which was named Erike. She grew into a cute toddler. [Can I just say at this point that toddlers in Sims 3 are anything but cute.]

Erike and her vampire granny

Ginger is pregnant again.
Damien thought he was doing people a favour by bringing Hollandia back from the dead (after all everyone was shocked by her fiery end and missed her). But he was a bit mean with the dosh and this is what he got:

The zombie will make an acceptable babysitter.
Youngest daughter, Amphyra, is not having much luck on the boyfriend front. After her husband, Gavin Newson, died, she moved into an apartment and had set her eyes on Gavin’s little brother, Garrett, who was way better looking. He was still attending university when she popped the question.

Garrett accepted, but for some reason, students at uni don’t want to move in (the option doesn’t appear lately).
So over to Academie le Tour and, oh dear, he’s already in a relationship with Arianne Champignon. Oops, I’d forgotten (unless it happened behind my back).
In the meantime, Amphyra moved out of the apartment and into Helen and Daniel Collie’s old house. Her headstone was still there so that was moved away pretty quickly. Gerard Langerak visited her there and there’s attraction there as well…

Amphyra visited Garrett at the uni one day but Arianne spotted them kissing and got very angry with Garrett. She wouldn’t talk to him for days.
Garrett dropped out of uni and moved in with Amphyra (so they could break off the engagement). Arianne also dropped out and visited Garrett. Then the sparks (or fists) flew.

Garrett moved out and into the house left vacant by the lesbians’ death. Arianne had already moved in there. It took some time before Arianne would shower kisses on Garrett.

Finally she was ready to accept a proposal. Arianne and Garrett are now engaged.
Amphyra is pregnant.
spread through Veronaville as numerous Sims died mysteriously.
Yes, the Sim god got rid of some boring Sims in one foul swoop creating terror amongst the families. The list of dead include the following:
Mairead Wolosenko (nee Danaher) and her husband Gordon starved to death, and by some freak mischance, their daughter Oksana became a vampire and died in the sun.
Jasmine Cameron and her lesbian partner. Their adopted daughter, Brook, was taken away by the social worker.
Jean, Caitlyn and Marc Langerak. The parents were attacked by flies and the boy drowned in the family pool.
Angel Heineken, ex-wife of Artois, died a little earlier than she would have, aged 72.
Sativa Champignon and her mother, Gwen, died suddenly at home.
The headstones of the deaths in apartments were sent to a restaurant, for some bizarre reason.
The Sim god nearly did away with Jacques and Brianna Langerak but their daughter, Annette, was cute, so they were permitted to survive for her sake.

The nose is evident though. Here she is with Alexis’ neglected son, Lex.

A future romance, perhaps?
So, now some of the superfluous Sims are done away with, the Sims god will continue with the rest of them (until the next cull…)
