Felice, much to Romain’s distress, found some leftover cheesecake, so the inevitable happened.

She gave birth to another set of twins.

Unfortunately for Romain they were girls again.  Cecile and Sabine.

It was just before the older twin girls’ birthday and they gathered round to celebrate.

Sorrow held her favourite granddaughter, Brigitte,

then promptly died, putting rather a dampener on the celebrations.

Sorrow was 71.

In the excitement of the birthday and the grief following the death, one of the younger twins got forgotten.

Romain got Felice pregnant once again, hoping for a boy.  But he will be perfectly happy to have 10 children… I’m not so sure Felice would be.
